Are you interested in practising your coding skill in a fun, interactive way? Join us for a fun coding night!
During this workshop, participants will receive a codebase that is missing scattered pieces of code. To make the application work, participants will be filling in code where it is necessary. If you get stuck, don’t worry! Your instructor will give you time to attempt writing the code and then show you one of the many solutions to make the Pokedex workable!
Skill Level:
This workshop was designed for participants that have had exposure to JavaScript. If you have attended Hack Reactor’s JavaScript 101 through 401, this is the perfect workshop for you!
How to Prepare:
– Have the Zoom Client for Video Meetings installed well before the webinar begins: https://zoom.us/download
– Have Visual Studio Code installed on your computer.

About Your Instructors:
Alex Jean-Baptiste is originally from Miami, Florida. He has previous experience as a software engineer working on local government software. When Alex is not coding, he enjoys various forms of writing, with a specific passion for comedy writing.
Eric Chiu is a Hack Reactor alumnus who currently works as a Software Engineer at a Fortune 500 company. Eric graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and, after deciding that the rig life was not for him, he enrolled in the Hack Reactor Software Engineering Immersive. When Eric is not coding, he enjoys running in the morning and loves spending time with his puppy in the evening.
